6. MODIFICATIONS AND EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE PROVIDER
6.1. The country, city, and dates of the event are fixed at the time of purchase. The exact venue address is communicated via email approximately two months prior to the start date (or without delay for late purchases). Relocating the venue within the announced city does not constitute a material modification of the Agreement.
6.2. The Provider reserves the right to reasonably modify the sequence of topics, intraday schedule, assistant instructors, and the brand of provided equipment, provided that the announced core topics, volume of hands-on practice, total duration, and program level are maintained.
6.3. In the event of complete cancellation of a class or a material modification (change of city, primary dates, lead instructor, language of instruction, or program format), the Provider shall notify the Customer via email. The Customer may choose to accept the changes, transfer the payment to another class, or receive a full (100%) refund of the amount paid, including the Registration Fee. Refunds following cancellation by the Provider are initiated within 14 calendar days. The Customer shall be given at least 7 days to respond; silence shall not be deemed acceptance, and in the absence of a response, the order shall be canceled with a full refund.
6.4. Events Beyond Reasonable Control (Force Majeure): In the event of circumstances that could neither be foreseen nor overcome (natural disasters, epidemics, hostilities, border closures) and that directly prevent the holding of the class, the Provider shall notify Customers without undue delay. If holding the class becomes impossible, Clause 6.3 shall apply (full refund, or rescheduling/credit strictly subject to the Customer’s explicit consent). Failure to obtain work permits or visas for the speaker, which the Provider was responsible for securing independently, shall not be recognized as Force Majeure.
